Ultradent Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Jaleena Fischer-Jessop is one of the most talented dentists in the country. Having someone of her caliber leading Ultradent’s clinical team and shaping company decisions through the eyes of practicing dentist is a major part of the company’s growth. When I found Dentistry Today was putting together an issue highlighting women in dentistry, I knew Dr. Fischer-Jessop’s story needed to be included. Dentistry Today was kind enough to let me write a few paragraphs to include in the issue:

In 2023, Ultradent leadership requested a public report highlighting the company’s efforts to be good community stewards, while many other companies were being maligned for squeezing out profit at the expense of people and the environment.
