When Ultradent began selling products directly to consumers, there was a need to expand our team of brand ambassadors. The company has long sponsored a team of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who are renowned in the dental industry, but we needed people who resonated with consumer audiences. 

For this, I built the Opalescence Spokesperson Team. The first member was Dr. Ben Winters, known as @bentist and @thebentist on all platforms. Videos we commissioned through him led to more than 15 million views across TikTok and YouTube.

Dr. Joyce Kahng was brought on as a member of the spokesperson team to provide content on social media as well as support Opalescence PR efforts in consumer media.
